Seller Agreement

By listing items for sale on this marketplace, you agree to the following:

1. You will only list children’s clothing, shoes, accessories, and toys that comply with our Prohibited Items Policy.
2. You will not list items that are unsafe, recalled, illegal, counterfeit, or otherwise restricted.
3. You are responsible for ensuring that all items meet applicable safety standards and labeling requirements.
4. You understand that we reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies, with or without prior notice.
5. Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of active listings.
6. We may update our Prohibited Items Policy at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
7. Seller is liable for paying the difference in shipping costs if size/weight is incorrect.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in enforcement actions taken at our sole discretion to protect the safety and integrity of the marketplace.
